Great coffee starts at the source. Our coffee beans are roasted by Ghost Town Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee roaster in Bozeman, Montana. Our espresso based drinks are created using Ghost Town's Stonehouse Espresso beans. If you prefer drip coffee try a cup of Ghost Town's Signature Blend "1889". Ghost Town's coffee beans are sourced from all over the world including, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Rwanda, and Sumatra. Ghost Town Coffee Roasters is always testing, sampling and creating new blends and seasonal coffees so keep an eye out for special releases on our coffee menu. Try a soup, sandwich, or salad for lunch. Drive thru after work on your way home for a quick meal. 1889 wants you to have the best experience possible. That is why, in addition to striving for great customer service, we make our sandwiches fresh to order. All of our sandwiches are made with Boar's Head meat sliced in house.

1889 Coffee House has nitro cold brew coffee on tap. Cold brew starts by steeping ground coffee beans in water at cool temperatures for an extended period of time. Our cold brew is stored in kegs and then refrigerated. With the pull of a tap handle nitrogen and cold brew coffee are infused and a delivered through a stout faucet dispensing a cold and foamy coffee for a unique coffee experience.
